Although the shipping box was undamaged, one of the lower threads on my planter was completely snapped upon arrival. As soon as I reached out, Kelly apologized for the damage and promptly sent a replacement thread since the broken one was now too short to mend.
Not only the she send thread, but I received a free macrame hanger too! Way above and beyond on customer service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone ❤️❤️❤️
